Tying the Knot in 1954

My second entry of wedding dresses from the original owners is the Wedding dress of Margeurite Dey  of Collingwood Ontario.  This was worn on her wedding day in 1954 to John Dance. The dress has it's original headpiece and veil.  The netting of the underskirt is accordion pleated and the original slip remains with the dress.  this dress with the exception of the veil is in excellent condition and could possibly be worn again.  I do have the suit that the groom wore and believe it or not it has two pairs of trousers.
