Sometimes the best way to update an ensemble or to really make a statement is by adding a Vintage accessory or two. Why not invest in a one of a kind piece that stands the test of time in both style and quality? Velvet is definitely the pop fabric of the season. The perfect velvet hat is a great way to stand out in the crowd in fashionable luxury without breaking the bank.
Another great way to update your wardrobe is by adding a classic, but unique vintage purse. Never worry about carrying the same "It" bag as everyone else with these lovely and versatile purses.

Finally the footwear. The right pair of shoes can make or break and ensemble. Let's face it, vintage shoes were made to last, so why not invest in a well made shoe with both character and classic styling?

Love vintage fashion, but have a hard time finding clothing that fits? Do you wear vintage on special occasions, but don't feel comfortable in a vintage suit or dress for work? Or, maybe you're a tad hesitant to take the full vintage leap right now, but you like the look? We've got a great solution--accessorize, accessorize, accessorize. With vintage scarves, handbags, belts, gloves, hats, shoes.... Pair a "Kelly" bag with your skirt suit for a "Graceful" look (sorry, but I couldn't resist that), or a novelty bag with your contemporary capri pants. Use a large vintage scarf instead of a belt or sash; I did this a lot when in the corporate world, and got many, many compliments on the look. Wear vintage semi-sheer dressy gloves to a party, or a pair of vintage platforms with a newer mini skirt.
And, of course, you can mix and match vintage accessories with vintage apparel--and they don't have to be from the same era. 1950's scarves look great nipping in the waists of 1960's shift dresses, and an 80's belt can add flair to a 1940's peplum dress or jacket.
