I've been on a blazer kick lately. I've always been drawn to velvet and corduroy has been making a comeback. And I could wax poetry on my admiration for suede elbow patches. The layered look of a cute collared shirt with a cozy sweater pulled over and a blazer jacket, cute cozy knitted scarf, jeans and great leather boots is just the perfect outfit. This very old but gorgeous Cream Silk Coat has heavy embroidery large sleeves and original tassels.I was told was worn by Maggie Hart on her wedding day in 1895 in Glasgow Scotland Her great granddaughter Judi Sheppard gave this to me for display purposes.
